Money Order Form
MailSend money by domestic Money Order / eMO - payee name, address and amount are written on the form.
Documents: Cash plus MO commission; sender ID for larger amounts.
Speed Post / Parcel Booking Slip
MailConsignment note used when booking Speed Post, registered post or parcels - captures addresses, weight, contents declaration and insurance.
Documents: Article packed and weighed; contents declaration; ID for international bookings.
Customs Declaration (CN22 / CN23)
MailMandatory declaration of contents and value for articles sent abroad by post - small packets use CN22, parcels use CN23.
Documents: Itemised contents, values, sender signature; attach to the article.
Registered Post AD Card (Acknowledgement Due)
MailGreen acknowledgement card attached to a registered article; the addressee signs it on delivery and it is returned to the sender as proof.
Documents: None - filled by sender at booking.
